If appropriately cooked the ground beef can be very juicy and satisfying. You can cook it as you would a steak, just add some spices. You can also stew it for a long time and make a warm and satisfying dinner. 

Another way to prepare beef is to air dry it or cure it like corned beef which is cured in a brine solution and is suitable for sandwiches. Ground beef is one of the best uses of beef and is used for meatballs, burgers, and stir-fry. Here are some ground beef recipes for you to try at home. 

Ground beef with potato casserole
